There are many benefits to having an experienced Bruce Bugbee Associate provide your church with valuable insights, training and encouragement. Bruce Bugbee or a Network Associate can come alongside your staff and ministry leaders to guide you to a successful implementation and development of the Network process. Following is a list of different training options available to your church:
Option 1: "Network's Discovery Sessions"
The staff, board, elders, deacons and their spouses come together to personally experience the Network Discovery Sessions presented on Friday evening from 7:00-9:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. These Discovery Sessions allow your leadership team to personally go through Network's Participant's Guide and experience the Network process, the concepts of the servant profile, and the role of passion, spiritual gifts, and personal style in identifying your God given ministry. This option is recommended for anyone interested in better understanding how God designed his body to function.
Option 2: "Implementing the Network Process"
This two-day presentation begins with Option 1, covering the "Network Discovery Sessions", and provides additional training tailored to the needs of your specific church. This training can include special presentations to pastors, elders, management teams, ministry leaders, church staff, key volunteers, and their spouses. This presentation will cover the positioning of Network within the church's organizational structure, the use of Network in establishing the "value" of gift-based ministry, clarification of implementation issues, and/or implementation training and assistance for your Network team. Normally presented in two full days on a Friday and Saturday, this course is a critical experience for senior leaders, and should be required for all ministry leaders and staff as part of the development of gift based ministry in the church.
Option 3: "Leadership C.A.R.E. - Concepts & Principles"
This is a one-day introduction to Leadership C.A.R.E. and the concepts of advanced leadership development. This class will focus your leaders on the Ephesians 4 mandate to "equip the saints for the work of service" rather than being program planners or event coordinators. Leaders will be introduced to the values of Calling people into ministry, Assimilating them into a ministry team, Retaining them in long-term service, and Exiting them when God redeploys his people. This can be presented on a Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m-3:30 p.m., or in a full day Saturday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. This course is recommended for anyone who has leadership responsibility or oversees the work of other volunteers.
Option 4: "Equipping Leaders Who C.A.R.E."
This option is a two-day event builds on the content of Option 3. This option begins to add techniques and a plan for implementation to the concepts and values of Equipping Leaders Who C.A.R.E. The role of the ministry leader as a people equipper and developer will be expanded with practical methods and concepts for team development shared. This course is recommended for senior leadership, those responsible for the development and training of ministry leaders, and those who lead ministry teams.
