Most believers know they should serve. Most believers want to serve. But many believers don't know how they can best serve. That is the purpose of the Network process.

Network has been created to assist you in the identification of your God-given passion, spiritual gifts and personal style (Servant Profile), so that you can make your unique contribution in a meaningful place of service. In God's eyes, everyone is a "10". . . somewhere!  Do you know where that is for you? Really?

Just as the human body cannot function properly unless the eyes, ears and hands each do their part, so the body of Christ, the church, cannot function as God intended without each believer doing their part. When you do, you will build lasting relationships, and make a Kingdom difference with your life. Discover who God has made you to be!

The Network ministry is committed to getting the RIGHT PEOPLE in the RIGHT PLACES for the RIGHT REASONS at the RIGHT TIME. There is a three step process to accomplish this: Discovery Sessions, Consultation and Service.

Step One: Discovery Sessions
What is my God-given shape?

Network's Discovery Sessions have been carefully designed to help you better understand who God has made you to be. Discover the purpose of the church and your unique role within it.

With a simple approach and proven tools, these Discovery Sessions will guide you to a greater fulfillment of God's will for your life. Building upon a Biblical foundation, practical insights are developed through a variety presentations using videos, overheads and small group interaction. You'll discover:

Together, they indicate your Servant Profile and what you do best in the body of Christ!

You will find helpful charts and assessments to assist you in your personal understanding and growth, plus insights into the fallacies and pitfalls that hinder your effectiveness.

The next step is a one-on-one consultation.

Step Two: Consultation
How do I fit in?

Following the identification of you passion, spiritual gifts, personal style (Servant Profile) through Network's Discovery Sessions, you will have the opportunity to visit with a trained Network Consultant. They will assist you in connecting who God had made you to be with appropriate ministry needs and opportunities in the church and community.

You can discuss the various ministries and learn more about them. There is one for you!

This is an important step, encouraging you to identify appropriate ministry involvements. Placement according to your Servant Profile needs to also consider your stage and season in life. Network is a ministry to serve you.

Step Three: Service
Making my unique contribution!

The goal of the Network ministry is service. We have been told to "serve one another through love" (Galatians 5:13). Serving for the believer is not optional. Do you know where or how you can best serve? Network is for YOU!
