Mission (Why we exist)

We exist to support the ministry of the local church and the mission of Christian organizations in the effective and efficient use of God's people for loving service to one another and the world. 
                         (I Pet. 4:10, Gal. 5:13)

Vision (Where we want to be)

We have a vision to see every believer serving according to their passions, spiritual gifts and personal style, being both fruitful and fulfilled in a meaningful place of service.
                         (Ps. 37:3-5, I Tim. 4:14, Ps. 139:13-16, John 15:1-11)

Values (How we act in the process)

We are committed to serving individuals with excellence, truth and dignity.
                         (Phil. 4:8, Eph. 4:14-16, Phil. 2:3-4)

Strategy (What we will do to get there)

     A. Maximize the Leader's Effectiveness

          Goal: Increase the leader's effectiveness within a gift-based church by:
              • identifying their unique contribution (passion, spritual gifts, personal style)
              • defining and developing the leader's role as equipper
              • providing leaders a standard process for continuous quality

     B. Maximize the Believer's Ministry

          Goal: Increase the believer's fruitfulness and fulfillment by:
              • identifying their unique contribution (passion, spiritual gifts, style)
              • understanding God's design for the church
              • placing believers in meaningful and appropriate places of service

     C. Develop Harmonious Systems

          Goal: Implement harmonious systems that honor and serve people by:
              • structuring ministry with unified and self-sorting design
              • utilizing a corporate language for people, positions and ministry
              • aligning groups and goals that support gift-based ministry
