Leadership C.A.R.E.

Bruce Bugbee Don Cousins
There is nothing else available for church leaders to "train the trainer" or to "equip the equipper" like the content and format of Leadership C.A.R.E. It is a time-release approach that creates an equipping church culture over the course of eight monthly ministry leader training sessions.
Leadership C.A.R.E. is a biblically grounded, discipleship oriented, developmental process for the equipping church. It is a leadership model for gift-based ministry teams. It reflects and honors the "people factor" as they flow in and through ministries over time.
